SANDROB™ FOR SOLID SURFACES

Sanding is the most crucial process for achieving the smooth, seamless finishes expected in products like sinks, bathtubs, and countertops. It removes surface imperfections and prepares solid surfaces for a variety of finishes, from matte to high gloss.
After sanding, polishing brings out the final high-gloss finish. Polishing ensures durability and a flawless, aesthetically pleasing surface.
Trimming and drilling are essential for shaping solid surface materials and creating precise openings for faucets and drains. This process ensures a perfect fit and is integral to custom fabrication.
While less frequent, cutting is important for sizing large solid surface sheets before they undergo further processes like trimming or sanding.
